About this timer: 10 Minute Timer Online

What can I do in 10 minutes?

More than you think. Process a batch of emails, review a short document, tidy your desk, do a quick workout, practice a language lesson, or brainstorm ideas. The 10-minute constraint creates urgency that helps you start tasks you've been avoiding.

Is 10 minutes long enough to need an eye break?

On its own, probably not. But if you're chaining multiple 10-minute blocks — which is common in timeboxing workflows — your eyes accumulate strain over the session. The brief eye break between blocks prevents that from building up.

Can I use this for cooking?

Yes. It works as a straightforward kitchen timer. Eggs, rice, steeping tea, resting meat — set it and go. The eye break prompt is there if you want it, invisible if you don't.

How do I chain multiple sessions?

Turn on "Auto-start next session" in settings. The timer will cycle continuously — 10 minutes of work, 20 seconds of eye rest, 10 minutes of work, and so on. It counts your completed sessions so you can track your progress.
